Job Title: Administration Assistant (Block Management)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel to Central London for contractor key handovers, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Support for Block Managers:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of property portfolios.
- Help coordinate maintenance and repairs by liaising with contractors and clients.
- Follow up on arrears and payment queries.

HR Administration Support:
- Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks, including onboarding processes and maintaining employee records.

General Administrative Duties:
- Handle correspondence via email and phone professionally and efficiently.

Organise and update company files and databases.
- Coordinate key handovers with contractors or site visits as needed.

Client and Contractor Relations:
- Build strong working relationships with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely communication of updates and responses to queries.
Requirements:

- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Flexibility to travel to Central London when required.
