Have you got experience working as an admin assistant within social housing? Have you got strong organisational and IT skills? My client is currently looking for someone to join the team as a Benefits and Housing Needs Assistant. They require someone to join an established team to oversee the day to day running of the service and make sure that all data is tracked efficiently and accurately. The manager understands the importance of the role and is keen to support successful candidates.

Main Duties:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative, including prioritising of own workload to meet required deadlines.
  • You will have good communication skills, both written and oral along with good numeracy skills. You will have excellent ability to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload and take responsibility to work accurately, efficiently and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Experience of using spreadsheets and ability to adapt to changing ICT requirements.
  • Experience of working in an administrative capacity.
