Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with an established brand at an exciting time. With ambitious growth plans ahead, they are looking to expand the team and have a created a new role: Business Performance Team Assistant.

You will be joining the knowledgeable and exciting Senior Leadership & Business Performance Team to help support and drive the business forward at this key time.

The Clients HQ is in London, and they operate a number of sites in Central London. They also are building new sites within the south of England and have a range of other exciting projects in the UK and further afield, with many more to follow - they plan to build a network all over the world.

Salary Range: Circa £35,000 depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexi rota) Monday to Friday

Hybrid Role: 2-3 days remote

(Min 2 days on-site required to attend regular meetings in the HQ where this role will be based)

About the Role

The growing Business Performance Team consists of the Managing Director; the Deputy Managing Director and Divisional Directors (each managing 3 to 5 sites). The team is responsible for the overall performance of our client’s network of sites: world-class excellence; the highest levels of client satisfaction; and excellent financials. The team has a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  • Driving implementation / launch and ramping up new services effectively
  • Maximising ongoing performance by supporting the Management Team
  • Management of Partnership Groups
  • Developing the long-term growth plan for each site and driving growth
  • Driving cross-coordination, collaboration, and learning
  • Business administration activities
  • Coordinating corporate departments to support each site
  • Crisis Management (as required)

The Business Performance Team Assistant will support members of the team with all aspects of their work, including:

  • Site Management: Preparing agenda and materials for key meetings such as Joint Venture Board meetings, plus recording and publishing minutes
  • Business administration & oversight: Assist the team with maintaining, updating or executing legal documentation for our various legal entities, including managing the legal processes for doctors to enter or leave partnerships and adjust their shareholding. Managing appointment and retirement of directors
  • Track & drive project progress: Help the Business Performance Team maintain project progress trackers and drive progress by engaging with staff in the group and across the network
  • Client recruiting support: Helping to build and maintain recruiting funnels for new clients, making contact and arranging meetings and site tours
  • Client relationship management: Support the team to effectively engage with and build relationships with our client partners, keeping information on the CRM up to date. Further support these efforts by arranging events and dinners to provide opportunities to enhance relationships
  • Staff rewards: Helping the Business Performance Team celebrate successes and reward staff across the Network
  • Internal comms: Support the team with internal communications, keeping departments up to date on key initiatives and other Group-wide news
  • New site Implementation: Tracking progress and coordinating meetings / updates with key stakeholders inside and outside the business. Maintaining progress trackers / Gant charts and budgets
  • Personal project completion: Take on personal projects to improve processes or other infrastructure within the Business Performance Team
  • Crisis management: Help Divisional Directors respond to crises as required.

  • Excellent MS Outlook and scheduling skills
  • Producing clear written documentation (e.g. minutes, memos) in MS Word
  • Capturing and tracking action items

Desirable Experience:

  • Producing agendas and minutes for formal / statutory meetings
  • Working with MS Excel to analyse data
  • Reviewing legal documentation
  • Tracking and organising meetings
