Are you a detail-oriented professional with experienced in managing data? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s employee benefits team as a Client Administrator.
You will be a key player ensuring the smooth running of operations. The client will provide training with pensions and benefits if needed.
Essentials:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of managing data
- Effective organisational skills
- Confident in verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent IT skills
- Good with numbers
- An interest in finance
- Willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients by email and telephone
- Answering employee queries
- Working with spreadsheets of data
- Update and maintain client records
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
- Adhere to Data Protection requirements
- Helping with annual renewals
- Adhering to company procedures and guidelines
