This great opportunity allows the flexibility to work on a hybrid remote basis whilst training, (3 days in office 2 remote).

FULL TRAINING AND LAPTOP PROVIDED

Duties/Responsibilities -

  • Manage your clients finances on a daily basis
  • Topping up pre-paid cards 
  • Support in the application of benefits including universal credits/disability allowance
  • Monitoring and setting up direct debits and cost of living outgoings 
  • To protect and promote the financial interests of our clients, ensuring full maximisation of all State benefits is received.
  • Meeting with and building strong relationships with your clients
  • Managing sensitive data 
  • Interrogation of records.
  • Arranging payments on behalf of clients.

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications/Experience -

  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Empathy and ability to build rapport
  • Ability to accurately carry out calculations
  • Ability To Communicate Effectively
  • Maths and English GSCE
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Basic DBS
