Client Onboarding Administrator at a leading UK Wealth Manager based in their London office.

Day-to-Day tasks include:

• Review and approve new client documentation including carrying out relevant AML/KYC/ Identity checks as required

• Ensure correct escalation routes are adhered to when dealing with high risk or complex cases.

• Provide guidance (within the scope of your personal regulatory knowledge and training) to the Investment Management and Investment Administration Departments in relation to regulatory requirements

• Assist with approval of client data amendments as required

• Ensure all regular control tasks are completed within required timeframes

• Other ad hoc tasks as required

• Ensure all queries are dealt with in a positive and timely manner

• In addition to the above functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience within the relevant field and be able to demonstrate transferrable skills and behaviours.

• GCSE Grade C English & Maths

• Communication - both written and oral

• Problem Solving / ability to use one’s own initiative.

• IT/relevant systems knowledge
