An established consultancy firm is now looking for an Client Services Manager to join their busy team. This is an immediate start role offering a salary of up to £26,000 and great benefits.

As the Office Administrator, you will:

  • Liaising with clients regarding contract amendments.
  • Answering the telephone to respond to incoming client enquiries.
  • Ordering stationery and Office Supplies.
  • Meet & greet visitors to the company.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Assisting the Sales team with the production and delivery of services.
  • Raising contracts and operating internal sales approvals, including maintenance of associated documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Processing client information in Sage CRM and effectively communicating the relevant information to the delivery team.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required.

As the Office Administrator, you should have:

  • Strong administration skills, ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Previous experience of working with CRM systems.
  • An understanding of financial administration / invoicing.
  • Good experience of MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
