Role
- Assisting with the organisation and preparation of Board and Committee meetings.
- Preparing and distributing Board packs and meeting agendas.
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members and directors.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors
- Managing Diligent
- Assist in the preparation of the Directors' Report and Strategic Review for inclusion in the annual report and accounts of relevant companies
- Acting as the coordinator of the Group's CSR activities

Essential:
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Demonstrable experience in a Secretariat
- Excellent minute taking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Companies Act 2006 and UK Corporate Governance code
