Ryder Reid Legal are recruiting for a Corporate Services Administrator to work on a full time, permanent basis for one of our full service international law firm clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that are busy, collaborative and value their work!

The role is working Monday to Friday, 9:30-5:30 and paying a competitive salary plus benefits! An excellent bonus is that the role is fully remote OR based in the Southampton office for local candidates.

Duties include:

  • Support the Corporate Manager in providing services to clients.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for this client portfolio.
  • Organising meetings, drafting agendas for meetings, minute taking and actioning follow ups.
  • Responding to email queries and taking phone calls.
  • Reviewing compliance information and ensuring they adhere to the necessary requirements.
  • Ad hoc administration also including secretarial duties.

Skills required:

  • You must have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • You must have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, i.e. Business.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time keeping skills.
  • Experience with administration software.
  • Holding chartered status or studying towards one from the Corporate Governance Institute is desirable.
