Due to growth I am supporting a leading construction company based in Farringdon who are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of document management processes, support project teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and join a fantastic business with an excellent company culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee risk assessments, ensuring all necessary documentation is recorded and up to date.
- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), tracking responses and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Prepare, update, and manage Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M Manuals) for project handovers.
- Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks, including emails, reports, and project coordination.
- Ensure documents are stored securely and are easily accessible through document management systems.
- Work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure document control processes run efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of risk assessments, RFIs, and O&M manuals.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and support project teams effectively.
Salary£35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
