EA / Project Coordinator - Global Advisory & Leadership

Global Advisory & Leadership, based in the West End looking for a new EA/ Project Coordinator to come on board.

  • Initially this will be a 12month FTC but very highly will lead to something more permanent.
  • Based - West End Hybrid - 3 day in the office / 2 wfh
  • Training - excellent training and onboarding.
  • Collaborative culture and very social.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To ensure the smooth running of each project assignment from start to finish.
  • You will be juggling and working on multiple client projects at any one time.
  • Responsible for logistics for each client project
  • Creation and formatting of high quality presentations, pitches, reports and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and building strong lasting relationships.
  • Able to handle and process highly confidential information.
  • igh level of MS Office - word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with all relevant information.
  • Adhering to all legal and compliance procedures and best practices.
  • Organising global travel and accommodation.
  • Complex diary management and multiple global time-zones.
  • Opening and closing all projects from start to finish.
  • General support to the team as and when required and supporting each other.
  • Participating on communities and sharing knowledge and best practices.

The ideal candidate - outgoing, fun, likes being part of a team and particularly enjoys having a good relationship with their Partner. Ideally someone with a lot of energy and enthusiasm.

Key skills - excellent communication skills, strong on project management, happy to drive their own workload, high initiative and able to forward plan and driving things through including keeping on top of Partner to ensure deadlines etc. are met and flagging when reports needs to be created etc. and time held in diary.Assertive / organised / resilient / experienced /reliable / focused / proactive.
