My client is a highly successful, fast growing and entrepreneurial global consultancy.

This role is based at their city of London office, 5 days per week. This is an incredibly varied role encompassing a wide variety of office support tasks. The role involves day-to-day EA support, office management tasks and reception duties.

Typical tasks are:

  • Day-to-day EA/PA duties for two c-suite directors
  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising global and UK travel
  • Acting as gate-keeper
  • Managing adhoc projects - as required
  • Invoicing/expenses
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Managing the meeting room booking system
  • Reception duties - meeting and greeting visitors
  • Handling incoming customer queries via the telephone
  • Organising and ordering catering for meetings
  • Assisting with organising board meetings/action points
  • Adhoc administrative/office duties as they arise
