I am currently working alongside a market leading main contractor, who specialises in residential modular construction, and they are looking to add an ESG & Sustainability assistant to their London team.


Key roles & responsibilities:


Administrative Support:
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, certificates, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.

Liaison:
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, and consultants to answer queries and provide updates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all project team members to ensure ESG project data collation requirements are fulfilled.
  • Liaison between design teams, QS' and sub contractors.


Technical Support:
  • Assist in data collection and analysis
  • Prepare and review technical reports and submissions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, corporate, and procurement plans


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong organisationaland time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of building construction and sustainability principles (preferred but not essential).
  • Understanding of BREEAM standards and certification processes (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of sustainability certifications and standards (e.g., FSC, BES 6001, ASI, EMS, etc).
