Project Coordinator - Global Advisory & Leadership
Global Advisory & Leadership, based in the West End are looking for a new Project Coordinator to come on board. Initially this will be a 12month FTC but very highly will lead to something more permanent.
- Based - West End Hybrid - 3 day in the office / 2 wfh
- Training - excellent training and onboarding.

Duties and responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth running of each project assignment from start to finish.
- You will be juggling and working on multiple client projects at any one time.
- Responsible for logistics for each client project
- Creation and formatting of high quality presentations, pitches, reports and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and building strong lasting relationships.
- Able to handle and process highly confidential information.
- High level of MS Office - word, excel and powerpoint.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with all relevant information.
- Adhering to all legal and compliance procedures and best practices.
- Organising global travel and accommodation.
- Complex diary management and multiple global time-zones.
- Opening and closing all projects from start to finish.
- General support to the team as and when required and supporting each other.
- Participating on communities and sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Super organised, able to work well under pressure and juggle and prioritise your workload.
- Able to keep calm and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- High level of MS skills and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.

- Able to prioritise, think ahead and anticipate problems and provide solutions.
- Experience of managing projects from start to finish.
- Adaptable with the ability to embrace change.
