Executive Assistant – Asset Management£28 - £32p/hCity of LondonI have a great opportunity for an Team Executive Assistant to take on a rolling temporary contract,  working for a City based asset management firm.  In this role, the EA will be supporting across all levels within the team, including an MD.  It can be a  very busy role at times, so previous experience working in a similar position as an Team EA, within financial services is desired. This is a rolling temporary contract with the potential to become permanent. Hours 9am – 5pm with hybrid working available, 4:1What you’ll do:
  • Extensive diary management for team members
  • Scheduling both internal and external meetings  
  • Coordinating client visits
  • Process any team expenses
  • Work closely with the admin team providing coverage as needed
  • Coordinating multi-trip international travel – including preparation of itineraries and Visas
  • Prepare reports and presentations for meetings as required
  • Support with special projects as required
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience working within Asset Management desired
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative and team player
  • A strong ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
