- Extensive diary management for team members
- Scheduling both internal and external meetings
- Coordinating client visits
- Process any team expenses
- Work closely with the admin team providing coverage as needed
- Coordinating multi-trip international travel – including preparation of itineraries and Visas
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings as required
- Support with special projects as required
- Previous experience working within Asset Management desired
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Collaborative and team player
- A strong ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
