Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an eager and professional Facilities Assistant for one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office (Liverpool Street). The role will be working in the Facilities team, working full time in the office, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, you will be actively supporting the firm's office by assisting in day-to-day operations.
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining office and stationary supplies.
- Handling and distributing incoming post.
- Assist with new joiner and temporary set ups.
- Respond to general maintenance requests.
- Assist with office moves.
- Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.
- Occasionally assist with reception duties.
Applicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on and have a minimum of two years of facilities experience in a professional services environment.
