We are looking for a committed and passionate Facilities Assistant to be part of the growth of one of our global law firm clients who are expanding their Facilities team!

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 17:30 at their stunning Liverpool Street office. Salary paying up to £60k depending on experience and great benefits!

Duties will include:

  • Analysing data and trends
  • Supporting with implementing processes
  • Proactively investigate site issues
  • Maintain and review documentation and information
  • Ensure compliance with H&S and other regulations
  • Act as main point of contact for office-specific issues
  • Involvement and implementation of space optimisation, workplace initiatives, energy management, and support on global projects
  • Continuous improvement of facilities services.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being at their desk as much as being up and around on site and someone who is currently working at a Senior facilities level. Ideally you will have 3+ years of experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.

The suitable candidate will have the following skills:

  • Positive and proactive mindset.
  • Strong ability to problem solve and work on own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills including the ability to adhere to high service standards.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Ability to analyse data and trends, bring new ideas and support in implementing new processes.
  • IT proficient including intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
