- Maintain accurate records for all group companies and ensure statutory filings (e.g., confirmation statements, director appointments) are completed on time.
- File annual accounts and use Blueprint software for documentation.
- Draft and amend board minutes, compile legal documents, and coordinate quarterly board reports.
- Provide KYC and AML documentation when required.
- Provide diary management and administrative assistance to the Finance Director.
- Reconcile and analyse credit card spending, congestion charges, and company lunch costs.
- Offer holiday cover and occasional support for Accounts Payable.
- Previous experience in administrative roles such as PA, finance assistant, or general administrator. Knowledge of company secretarial processes is a bonus.
- Strong numerical ability, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, discretion with sensitive information, and a willingness to collaborate across teams.
