We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Client Services Team (CST). As a CST member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment, and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction and Customer Service

  • Prioritise customer service to create a friendly, empathetic, and professional atmosphere.
  • Interact with all clients, prospective clients, referrers, and third parties in a proactive and courteous manner.
  • Uphold our values and exemplify them in daily interactions.

Administrative Support and Diary Management

  • Ensure accurate and proactive scheduling for clients and practitioners to enhance the client experience and clinic productivity.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly to promote smooth clinic operations.

Issue Escalation and Problem-Solving

  • Report client or staff-related issues to the Practice Manager (PM) for resolution.
  • Escalate facility-related issues to the Operations Relationship Manager (ORM) and/or PM to ensure minimal disruption to client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration

  • Support the team in maintaining a culture of excellence in gold-standard customer service and client care.
  • Comply with all CST essentials, ensuring alignment with company policies and expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in diary management or administrative support is a plus.

This role sits across both of our clinics, based in Parsons Green (SW6 4TN) and Queen's Park (NW6 6RG)
