My client, a small private practice law firm based in the West End, are seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join the Office Services Team.

The candidate should have good IT skills as well as excellent attention to detail. They must be willing to work as a member of a team and assist colleagues as required. This is a busy and varied role which will require candidates to use their initiative and work to deadlines.

Duties include -

  • setting up/clearing meeting rooms and preparing refreshments
  • ordering lunch when required
  • dealing with post, photocopying & scanning
  • ordering office supplies
  • scheduling building maintenance checks
  • liaising with the cleaners
  • arranging couriers
  • retrieving files from storage
  • assisting with internal office moves.

This is a full time, office-based role, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (with flexibility to occasionally work 8.30am - 4.30pm if required)
