Lettings Administrator
We are seeking a driven and organised Lettings Administrator for a modern PRS building in London. This build to rent company own and operate PRS, BTR and PBSA buildings throughout London and offer an excellent working environment, training and career progression.
With experience in Lettings, we are looking for someone to be at the heart of community engagement, providing exceptional service and ensuring that residents feel valued and well-cared for. The ideal person will have an enthusiastic, engaged and friendly manner. Is this you?
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + bonus
Key Role Responsibilities
- Update weekly social media platforms
- Conducting flat viewings
- Ensure resident issues and enquires are resolved
- Ensure that resident check ins and check outs are conducted smoothly
- Respond to email and phone enquires and ensure a seamless customer journey
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years' experience in property lettings or a related business
- Computer literate
- Transparent and honest manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work/ travel to locations across London (Zone 1-2)
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends if needed
- Strong sales skills and confidence in promoting a product
- Good organizational skills and team player
