Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day banking operations, including updating and maintaining customer accounts
  • Handle account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, fees, and transactions
  • Help resolve account discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
  • Monitor accounts for suspicious activity, adhering to KYC and AML regulations
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure confidentiality of data
  • Assist with documentation for the Treasury team (e.g., certificates, derivatives deals)
  • Help set up and maintain vendors, standing orders, and SWIFT relationships
  • Contribute to system improvements and automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
  • No prior banking experience required, but any exposure to banking or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and basic data entry
  • Fluent in English & Portuguese (both written and spoken) is a plus
