A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Move Coordinator to join our client based London, who are one of the finest international Removal companies in the industry.
As the Move Coordinator, your role involves arranging European moves from start to finish, being responsible for all relevant documentation, agents contact, insurance and invoicing.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with shipping lines and other third parties, as well as ensuring all information, dates and details of shipments are accurately recorded onto the Moveware system at every stage.
This position is very much people orientated, whereby you will be required to provide the best possible standards of customer care at all times.
To be the successful Move Coordinator, you will need to have a solid background working within the Removals industry, and a proven record of customer focus and liaison.
Our client will also consider applicants from a strong hospitality background that have a stable work history and that are looking for a fresh challenge within a new and exciting industry.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience of using a CRM System.
