Night Resident Experience Assistant - West London - £28,000 to £30,500 Dependant on Experience + Discretionary Bonus My client, a globally established and leading Real Estate Agency, are currently seeking a Night Resident Experience Assistant to join their brand-new residential Build-to-Rent development in West London compromising of 270+ apartments.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the first point of contact onsite during the night shifts to deliver exceptional, consistent service to both current and potential residents.SIA License desierable. Training will be provided on all H&S and technical aspects of the role.Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Quality control of all amenity spaces, ensuring all areas present well at all times.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Scheduling resident arrivals and departures and associated activities.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key fobs to contractors and ensuring their prompt
- return.
- Assisting the team with resident event planning, management and execution.
- Logging reactive maintenance enquiries and passing them onto the wider team
- Carrying out Inventory and check out reports (using iPad and specialist software) for tenancies
- Office and kitchen supplies stock management to include loading and unloading dishwasher on a daily basis (office cleaner will take care of the rest)
- Ensure comprehensive handover at the end of all shifts
- Monitoring CCTV
- Reporting incidents to the National Operations Centre and to the General Manager.
- Conducting flushing of water outlets and logging data
- Regular building patrols
- Undertaking weekly Health and Safety checks and compliance
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience in a night concierge/security with the hospitality or property industry
- Ability to demonstrate good levels of customer service at all times.
- Ability to work on own initiative and deal with demanding situations.
- Honest and reliable work ethic.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well present
- Must be computer literate and be able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Valid SIA Security Licence
- Basic knowledge of H&S legislation
