As the Office & Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. You will support with office and team management duties, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting with HR / recruitment requirements for the growing team. You will also provide exceptional executive assistance to the company Managing Director and wider engineering team.

?? Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee the smooth running of our London office, ensuring supplies, stationery, and facilities are well managed.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure the office is presentable and well-equipped.
- Work closely with our Dubai office assistant via Microsoft Teams to coordinate operations across locations.
- Organise company team events and coordinate annual associate and director events.
Executive Assistance:
- Provide direct support to the Managing Director, other Directors and the Engineering Team, assisting with diary management, scheduling, and general administrative support.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and restaurant bookings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless organisation and follow-ups.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Recruitment & HR Support:
- Take on a direct liaison role with internal and external recruitment, serving as the main point of contact across the company for hiring needs.
- Work closely with Directors and team leads to understand recruitment requirements and coordinate hiring processes.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with UK HR procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support general HR administration.

�? Prior Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have experience in a similar role in a busy office environment as an office assistant / EA
- Document management experience preferred, or experience in a role with a strong focus on handling legal or contract documents.
- Experience handling recruitment processes and HR procedures highly desirable.
- Familiarity with financial systems, Sage experience desirable.
