We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and self-sufficient immediately available Office Assistant to join this growing global advisory firm. Having recently moved into a newly refurbished modern office, with stunning views, they are seeking an individual who can take on a varied role in this fast-paced environment. The firm is looking for an Office Assistant that is efficient and one step ahead. You will be a self-sufficient problem solver who thrives in a high-pressure environment where you can think on your feet. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, from managing travel arrangements to welcoming guests and anticipating the needs of our busy office.Working closely with the Senior Executive, you will also have the opportunity to support with diary management , travel management and expenses. If you are looking for a well-rounded role that will allow you to grow and take on additional responsibility, then this is the role for you! Duties include, but not limited to:
  • First point of contact for guests and employees
  • Booking travel and accommodation including taxis and updating diaries accordingly
  • Processing invoices and expenses 
  • Welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments
  • Managing the meeting room booking system
  • Coordinating lunch orders
  • Liaising with the IT department 
  • Scheduling 1:1 meetings
You must have 2 - 3 years+ of experience as an Office Assistant in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the investment sector, consultancy or professional services. This is an ongoing temporary assignment.
