- Manage meeting rooms
- Answer phones
- Format documents
- Support the CEO and wider team with EA duties when needed
- Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the office
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and taxis
- 1-2 years' experience within a similar role - preferably in finance/property
- Bright, engaging, and personable candidate
- Have a 'can do' attitude and work confidently as part of a team and autonomously
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
