A boutique property investment firm is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team on an ongoing temporary to permanent basis, with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience within a similar role and will be happy to come into their offices in the West End, 5 days a week between 9am-6pm. The team are super friendly, close knit and hardworking and they are looking for someone will similar qualities. Salary is £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. What you'll do: 
  • First point of contact for guests
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Answer phones
  • Format documents
  • Support the CEO and wider team with EA duties when needed
  • Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the office
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and taxis
Who you are: 
  • 1-2 years' experience within a similar role - preferably in finance/property
  • Bright, engaging, and personable candidate
  • Have a 'can do' attitude and work confidently as part of a team and autonomously 
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
