We are one of the most recognisable estate agents in central London and we're looking for a reliable, proactive Office Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you will be the go-to person for day-to-day office support. You will coordinate property photography and videography, help with tenancy processes, manage office supplies and support marketing campaigns. You will also act as a point of contact for clients, contractors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Photography: arrange appointments with tenants, landlords and vendors to attend properties and take photos, videos and floorplans in a variety of settings.
- Tenancy coordination: assistance in drawing up documents, conducting background checks on applicants, booking pre-tenancy works, conducting right to rent checks.
- Providing support to the wider team: this may include keeping the database up to date, releasing keys to contractors, managing the key log, meet and greet clients, manage phone calls and correspondence and assisting with admin requests.
- Ensuring that the office functions smoothly, including: ensuring that office supplies remain in stock and in an orderly fashion, filing is complete, and window displays are refreshed on a regular basis.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns ranging from letter drops to online marketing and video recording.

The Person
- Experience as an Office administrator in the property industry preferred.
- Strong planning and organising skills with attention to detail; efficient time management and prioritisation, managing competing demands and remaining calm under pressure with a problem-solving and proactive attitude.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work as part of a team and support others, whilst being able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills and sound numeracy.
