They are looking for an Office Coordinator/Team Assistant to join their dynamic team to support the smooth running of the office.THE ROLE:
  • Supporting with diary management for the office, including the Managing Director, dealing with correspondence.
  • Scheduling meetings and set up the meeting rooms, ensuring all relevant documents are printed and agendas are sent round.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, maintaining administrative systems, and improving processes where needed.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, organising files, and updating internal systems.
  • Book travel, accommodation, and itineraries for team members as needed.
  • Track and process team expenses accurately and on time.
THE PERSON
  • At least 2 years experience in a support role
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Be a proactive problem-solver with an ability to anticipate needs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
  • Be resourceful, adaptable, and eager to make processes more efficient.
