- Supporting with diary management for the office, including the Managing Director, dealing with correspondence.
- Scheduling meetings and set up the meeting rooms, ensuring all relevant documents are printed and agendas are sent round.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, maintaining administrative systems, and improving processes where needed.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, organising files, and updating internal systems.
- Book travel, accommodation, and itineraries for team members as needed.
- Track and process team expenses accurately and on time.
- At least 2 years experience in a support role
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Be a proactive problem-solver with an ability to anticipate needs.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Be resourceful, adaptable, and eager to make processes more efficient.
