Cobalt is collaborating with a residential property consultancy firm located just a short walk from Oxford Circus. The core purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and general operations for the team.

Please note this is a part-time role, 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday, and one other.

The Role:

The key focus of the role will be on daily operations, including supporting the team with travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, managing the leasing journey, and maintaining records and documents. We are looking for an organized and time-conscious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and make thoughtful decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone contracts for teams, oversee mailboxes, and handle meeting requests.
  • Coordinate and produce key reports, including asset management, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Organize events such as awards, workshops, away days, and training sessions (First Aid, Fire Marshal, etc.) for teams and leadership.
  • Maintain the complaints database, record data breaches, and coordinate annual data protection training with Compliance.
  • Support teams with leasing administration, on-site events, and mobilization of new projects.
  • Collaborate with committees (Inclusion & Diversity, Charity) to align corporate objectives and support various group initiatives.

Personal Specification:

  • Highly efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, Excel and Teams
  • Experience within a Real Estate office environment
  • Desirable experience within Leasing in a residential setting
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Articulate communicator, exceptional reporting, and customer service skills both verbal and written
  • An ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion and confidentiality always.
