This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and skilled PA and office support to join a professional and dynamic professional services company, with offices in a vibrant area of central London. This is a pivotal role and key to the smooth running of the office, in addition to supporting the senior management team in the UK and internationally. You will be closely supporting the CEO, building a trusted working relationship; someone who can be relied upon to complete a variety of tasks such as diary management, report creation, as well as travel and meeting coordination.You will bring high levels of organisation and efficiency in order to work in a busy and demanding industry. You will have a flexible, energetic and empathetic personality and be someone who enjoys getting stuck into multiple projects at any one time.Duties will include:
  • Maintaining a smooth running and professional work environment, setting up and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • PA support to the CEO including managing diaries and travel itineraries
  • Producing reports and creating presentations
  • Coordinating diaries for the senior management team at their international offices
  • Being a main point of contact and taking messages for senior management and the team
  • Supporting the CEO with personal PA work, including diary management, travel bookings and administration
  • Liaising with building management and various suppliers to ensure equipment and the office runs smoothly
  • Handling supplier contracts and renewals, including negotiating pricing and agreements
  • Helping to manage IT systems, liaising with the external IT provider
  • Ordering, maintaining and managing office equipment
  • Welcoming office visitors, providing refreshments, including organising lunches for meetings
  • Assisting with Health and Safety of the office, you will receive First Aider and Fire Warden training
  • Assisting with organising team and client events, attending events when needed
You will have:
  • PA experience with the ability to support a wider team, ideally within a corporate professional services environment
  • Highly organised, excellent time management skills
  • A proactive and mature attitude to work
  • Flexibility in your approach in order to get the job done
  • Excellent attention to details and high standards
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and have empathy
  • A trustworthy personality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when required
  • Excellent IT skills including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
