This varied and dynamic role involves overseeing all aspects of office life, from managing complex schedules for senior leaders to organising international events. With great scope for future development, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual looking to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage senior team members' busy schedules and client engagements, acting as a trusted first point of contact.

  • Maintain seamless diary management and build strong client relationships.

  • Oversee office management within a co-shared working environment.

  • Arrange travel in coordination with the Business Operations Manager.

  • Provide support for onsite client meetings, including room setup and refreshments.

  • Organise team socials and staff engagement initiatives.

  • Implement and support new and revised processes, including diary management, travel bookings, expense reconciliation, client surveys, social media, and event coordination.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or a client-facing environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Confident using video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, organised, and able to multitask effectively.

  • Strong knowledge of London geography for efficient scheduling of off-site meetings.

  • Discreet and trustworthy, handling confidential information with care.

  • Flexible and solutions-oriented, adaptable to evolving responsibilities.
