A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA (3+ years) to join this high profile International business with opportunities to travel with the Principal to national and international events/meetings.
You will have ample experience and confidence in international travel arrangements with multiple stops, transportation and accommodation needs met, diary management of an ever changing schedule, meeting coordination, project and events coordination support, marketing and social media, adhoc personal support such as running errands, research to booking appointments, gatekeeping, meeting guests and high profile individuals, helping to run the London office such as organising team events, stationery orders, logging facilities requests and being a reliable support as needed.
You will have the opportunity to work from home occasionally. You will join a welcoming, social team who will value your support and be offered a role that will grow over time.
Graduate calibre is much preferred, you will be immaculately presented and be confident in a sometimes client facing role, have strong IT skills, be articulate and flexible to support as needed to perform in this role.
A marketing, events, talent or similar PA background is much preferred.
