Experienced Property PA needed for a highly successful and rapidly growing Property Investment and Financing company in NW London.

This fast-paced and rewarding role involves supporting the Director across various aspects of his businesses. This role would suit a driven individual with prior PA / Office Administrator experience, ideally with a background in property.

Based at their head office in Temple Fortune, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including finance, operations, property management, diary management, planning applications, and email management.

The PA will be required to:

  • Oversee diary management and office administration.
  • Manage email correspondence effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and organised documentation.
  • Liaise with property management teams to produce reports and updates, including service charge analysis.
  • Manage ongoing development projects, working with surveyors and valuers for inspections and reporting.
  • Draft and submit planning applications while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and implement efficient project management workflows.
  • Manage general administration tasks such as insurance and travel arrangements for the Director.
  • Handle ad hoc personal tasks as needed.

The ideal PA will have:

  • Experience in property as a PA / Team Administrator / Office Administrator
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a team-player mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
