DUTIES AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with our Finance and Accounts Officer to ensure accurate bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Manage monthly invoicing, direct debits
  • Maintain accurate processing of supplier invoices
  • Support the Lettings Lead with admin tasks and the smooth processing of receivables
  • Keep schedules up to date and accurate
  • Assist with maintaining the database and filing client folders correctly
  • Provide reception lunch cover, manage meeting room bookings, and greet clients visiting the office
