We are looking for a Part-time Office Assistant to join our property management client. This role is ideal for an organised and efficient individual with strong IT skills who can support various office functions, including accounts administration, filing, and general office management.

As a Part-time Office Assistant, you will work 25 hours per week, with flexibility to be able to cover additional hours when team members are away. You will play a key role in assisting the lettings and property management teams, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Experience in the property sector is desirable but not essential, provided you have relevant office administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration - Maintaining filing systems (both digital and physical), ensuring lettings and property management records are up to date, and managing internal databases.
  • Accounts support - Assisting the accounts team with administrative tasks, document processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Lettings and property management support - Keeping tenancy records and systems updated, managing compliance paperwork, and ensuring all required documentation is correctly filed.
  • Office management - Ensuring office supplies are maintained, liaising with suppliers, and overseeing the general upkeep of office property.
  • Confidentiality - Handling sensitive information, including processing card payments securely.
  • Team support - Providing administrative assistance to the lettings and property management teams, helping with correspondence, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility - Covering additional hours when required to support the team.

Requirements

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • IT proficient, with experience using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Experience in property administration is an advantage but not essential
