Our client, a creative AV provider for live events, is looking for an Operations/Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Brixton, London. If you're deadline-driven and eager to continue your career in business support, this role is perfect for you!

?? JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Operations/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and project support to the Projects Director. Your main duties will include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for client communications, including answering calls and emails.
  • Triaging project enquiries and effectively resolving any issues.
  • Coordinating engineers and facilitating clear communication between multiple teams.
  • Raising purchase orders to support suppliers and processing invoices for clients.
  • Assisting with ad hoc office support, such as managing stationary supplies and welcoming guests.
  • Providing administrative support to the Projects Director, including database and diary management, as well as event/meeting coordination.

??? HOURS:

This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours of 3-4 days per week, Monday to Friday.

?? REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, personable demeanour.
  • The ability to build relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proactivity, initiative, and resilience under pressure.
  • A good command of the English language (verbal and written).

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £36,000 per annum (pro-rata, depending on your hours worked).
