The FirmOur client, a well-established law firm based in the Enfield are seeking a Post Completion Assistant to join their busy team.
The OpportunityThe successful Post Completion Assistant will be a highly organised and diligent individual who has excellent attention to detail. You will need to have a positive "can do" attitude and maintain a friendly and professional attitude within the firm. Duties to include:
- Completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
- Setting up Stamp Duty Land Tax payments
- Completing and submitting Land Registry applications
- Liaising with fee earners to address Land Registry requisitions
- Obtaining policy certificates
- Drafting letters to lenders to notify of completion of registration
- Scanning documents
- Renewing land registry priority searches
- General support to the conveyancing department
This Post Completion Assistant is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm
Requirement
- Post Completion experience (desirable)
- To have a basic understanding of conveyancing and Land Registry rules surrounding registration of properties
