Executive Assistant/ Programme Coordinator - Remote

£47000-£55,000 + benefits and bonus

Our client is a small but very successful leadership training consultancy with a wide range of clients including FTSE 100's and major tech firms. Due to growth, they are looking for a project-focussed Executive Assistant or Project Assistant to coordinate the logistics of their online and in person training courses both in the UK and internationally. It is a very flexible, creative culture where ideas are always welcome.

You will act as a lynchpin across the clients, trainers, attendees and internal resources, ensuring that all parties are assured of a slick and accurate administrative support. You will pre-empt any potential roadblocks and deal professionally with any problems.

This role will suit someone who constantly juggles lots of moving parts, in a client-focussed environment. You should have superb communication skills, both written and verbal, and may already have an interest in Learning and Development. Extra skills in any of the following aspects would be an extra bonus-relationship building, copywriting, tech, budgeting, or data management. Interesting sectors would be executive search or training.

This role is mainly remote however the ideal EA/Programme Coordinator should live within London or the Home Counties as there may be the occasional client meeting, and there will be monthly company events in their Home Counties office.

If you prefer to have 1 day in an office with your colleagues, that can also be an option.

Salary is dependent on experience. Due to the volume of interest that we anticipate, please do only apply if you have solid experience in a similar role.
