- Stakeholder Communication – Provide clear updates on service issues, project progress, and escalations.
- Database Management – Maintain accurate records and service-related databases, ensuring compliance with reporting processes.
- Process & Policy Adherence – Ensure all service tasks align with company and client policies.
- Vendor & Team Coordination – Act as a liaison between vendors, engineers, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Strong Administrative Background – Experience in project, service, or team coordination is highly desirable.
- Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented – Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain structured workflows.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Comfortable liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, with the ability to manage databases.
- Process-Driven Mindset – Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Security Background (Desirable, Not Essential) – While experience in security operations is a plus, it is not required.
