Project Administrator – London | High-Profile Global Tech ClientWe are looking for a Project Administrator to join a high-profile security service operation for a leading global technology company. This role is 95% office-based in Central London, offering a salary of £30,000 - £40,000, with 25 days holiday and a company pension. The ideal start date is mid-March 2024, and this is a full-time, permanent position.About the Role: As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting service operations and project coordination for a major technology company’s security infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing service requests, tracking work orders, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and vendors. This is not a technical role, but it requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a structured environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Coordination – Create and manage service tickets, ensuring efficient scheduling and issue resolution.
  • Work Order & Warranty Management – Track work orders, material requests, and repairs while overseeing warranty claims.
  • Access Coordination – Liaise with key stakeholders to schedule site access for engineers and technicians.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Provide clear updates on service issues, project progress, and escalations.
  • Database Management – Maintain accurate records and service-related databases, ensuring compliance with reporting processes.
  • Process & Policy Adherence – Ensure all service tasks align with company and client policies.
  • Vendor & Team Coordination – Act as a liaison between vendors, engineers, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong Administrative Background – Experience in project, service, or team coordination is highly desirable.
  • Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented – Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain structured workflows.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Comfortable liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, with the ability to manage databases.
  • Process-Driven Mindset – Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Security Background (Desirable, Not Essential) – While experience in security operations is a plus, it is not required.
