We are seeking a Project Administrator to support the management of AAT, IFA, and private training projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams, manage meeting schedules, assist with internal and external assessments, and foster communication between stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the administration of AAT, IFA, and private training projects.
  • Maintaining project documentation and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Supporting internal project reviews and external quality assurance visits.
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements.
  • Meet with private students to review the quality of training provided, ensuring a positive learning experience and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Update system reports regularly to reflect current project statuses and potential risks.
  • Maintain and update the internal portal, ensuring all relevant project data, documentation, and progress reports are recorded accurately.

The ideal candidate will have previous project administration experience, preferably within an educational setting, and be proficient in project management systems and MS Office. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
