**Temp to Perm opportunity**

Tay Associates have partnered with a highly reputable financial service organisation who are on the look out for a project coordinator to join their team on a 12 month temporary contract, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Your main duties in this role will be to assist the team with presentations, note taking, project planning, application review, communicating with stakeholders and application review. You will be the main point of contact for nonprofit and internal stakeholders to coordinate tasks linked with project assignments.

5 days in office.

Skills/Experienced Required;

  • 1 years experience managing multiple projects.
  • Strong verbal communication and a critical thinker.
  • Prince 2 qualification is highly desirable.
  • Must have experience with extensive diary management for multiple individuals.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High degree of business acumen.
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
  • Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
