If so, Signature Recruitment is delighted to offer a Project Coordinator role for a transport services company. The role is based in London, with an immediate start for six months with the possibility to extend. It is offered with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two from home.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be integral to a team of professionals, including directors, managers, and consultants. The role supports bid management for the company and will involve supporting the full lifecycle of bid activity through qualification, submission and mobilisation. You will work closely with team members to track progress, handle clarification questions, and provide administrative support to the team.
Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination - to include planning, managing, and monitoring bid activity and progress and liaising with bid team members for timely updates
- Managing the bid budget, including the validation and process of supplier invoices and organising supplier and consultant onboarding
- Overseeing questions and communications through the bid portal and actioning data requests
- Managing project risks, including ensuring bid documents adhere to specified requirements
- Arranging the collection and distribution of office post, ensuring stationery is available, arranging meetings and associated logistics, greeting and welcoming guests
- Providing administrative support and general assistance to the wider team as required including organising team events, and other ad hoc team support
- Project planning experience for managing budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring accuracy with good written and verbal communication
- Personable, proactive and flexible, with a willingness to take on tasks and support the team as needed
- Excellent organisational skills with good time management showing the ability to effectively and efficiently manage tasks whilst meeting deadlines
- Highly proficient in IT including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms
