Role: Front of House / Team Assistant Location: Central LondonSalary: up to £30k (DOE)Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days a week in-officeProperty Development Firm – Start ASAP A prestigious property development firm is seeking a proactive and organized Front of House / Team Assistant to provide essential support to the leadership team. This role will primarily focus on front-of-house duties, with a secondary emphasis on team assistance. The balance between the two roles may shift depending on the senior team members' schedules, making flexibility and adaptability key to success.About the RoleAs a Front of House / Team Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Front of House Duties (70%):
    • Greeting and managing visitors with a professional and welcoming approach.
    • Managing the reception area, ensuring it always remains organized and presentable.
    • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
    • Organizing meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up with the necessary equipment.
    • Coordinating office supplies and managing deliveries.
    • Assisting with general office operations, including maintaining equipment and overseeing office cleanliness.
  • Team Assistant Duties (30%):
    • Supporting the senior leadership team with diary management, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Assisting with administrative tasks such as document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing.
    • Assisting with event coordination, both internal and external, and managing logistics for meetings and conferences.
    • Providing cover for the Executive Assistant (EA) during their leave, assisting with inbox management, research, and small personal bookings as required.
This role is dynamic, and no two days are the same. Flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are essential as the balance of duties may change based on the needs of the senior team.Desirable Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
  • Experience in property development or a related field is a plus, though not essential.
While at least 2+ years of experience in a similar front-of-house or administrative role is desirable, training and guidance will be provided to ensure your success.Benefits Include:
