- Front of House Duties (70%):
- Greeting and managing visitors with a professional and welcoming approach.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it always remains organized and presentable.
- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Organizing meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up with the necessary equipment.
- Coordinating office supplies and managing deliveries.
- Assisting with general office operations, including maintaining equipment and overseeing office cleanliness.
- Team Assistant Duties (30%):
- Supporting the senior leadership team with diary management, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing.
- Assisting with event coordination, both internal and external, and managing logistics for meetings and conferences.
- Providing cover for the Executive Assistant (EA) during their leave, assisting with inbox management, research, and small personal bookings as required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Experience in property development or a related field is a plus, though not essential.
