- Immediate start, ongoing contract
- Based in beautiful Covent Garden offices, 5 days/week in office
- Hours 9am-5pm
- £13-16ph depending on experience
- Meeting and greeting clients, guests, visitors and managing the switchboard
- Managing supplies and facilities (printers, kitchen, groceries, stationery, coffee machine)
- Meeting room management including IT setup
- Providing refreshments and organising catering
- Running errands and supporting with meetings / events
- Ad hoc admin for EAs and Admin Managers including processing expenses and meeting notes
- Experience in an office environment - ideally as Reception / Office Assistant for 6+ months
- An enthusiastic individual who is non-fuss, 'no task too big or small' approach with a real hunger to learn
- Polished presentation and very strong communication skills
- Passionate about their work and happy to muck in
- Ability to create relationships at every level
- Immediately available to commence
