Robert Half is thrilled to announce we are partnering up with a thriving consultancy firm, looking for a friendly and professional Team administrator & Office Host. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with administrative duties, serving as the face of our organisation for visitors while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff
  • Manage meeting rooms, including setup, breakdown, and catering arrangements
  • Oversee the office booking system and generate monthly usage reports
  • Maintain office appearance, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Coordinate with facilities and IT for maintenance and repairs
  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings/events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain the travel tracker
  • Handle courier services and deliveries

Required Skills & Qualities:

Essential

  • Approachable, friendly demeanour with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
