Office Co-ordinator – Sales & Lettings support An exciting opportunity has opened for a proactive and highly organised Office Co-ordinator to support a busy Sales and Lettings team in a leading luxury estate agency. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of both departments, helping to maintain exceptional service and operational excellence.  What You’ll Be Doing  
  • Keeping sales and lettings records accurate and up to date.
  • Providing essential administrative support, from diary management to scheduling appointments.
  • Running and monitoring AML checks to ensure full compliance across transactions.
  • Drafting invoices, sales contracts, and correspondence for property transactions.
  • Liaising with the Marketing team to book professional photography and video shoots to showcase listings.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal IT issues within the Sales and Lettings teams.
  • Assisting with onboarding new team members.
  • Updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effective tracking of deals.
  • Preparing templates and coordinating supplier bookings for canvassing campaigns (letters, flyers, etc.).
  • Assisting with scheduling social media posts using provided templates.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe PDF, Adobe InDesign, and Rex is a bonus.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a sales or lettings role within the estate agency sector is essential.
