- Providing essential administrative support, from diary management to scheduling appointments.
- Running and monitoring AML checks to ensure full compliance across transactions.
- Drafting invoices, sales contracts, and correspondence for property transactions.
- Liaising with the Marketing team to book professional photography and video shoots to showcase listings.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal IT issues within the Sales and Lettings teams.
- Assisting with onboarding new team members.
- Updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effective tracking of deals.
- Preparing templates and coordinating supplier bookings for canvassing campaigns (letters, flyers, etc.).
- Assisting with scheduling social media posts using provided templates.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to take initiative.
- A bright, professional, and welcoming attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player.
- Flexibility to adapt to different responsibilities across both departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe PDF, Adobe InDesign, and Rex is a bonus.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales or lettings role within the estate agency sector is essential.
