Description

Hybrid role with 3 days a week on site, located in North West London.

Reporting into the ER & Change Manager, as part of the HR team the Senior ER Adviser will be responsible for providing a pro-active and efficient ER service, supporting the on-site Managers your key accountabilities will include:-

Key Responsibilities

路 Liaising with managers in the organisation to undertake investigations

路 Managing complex high volume ER cases

路 Liaising with managers in the organisation to chair disciplinary and appeal hearings

路 Organising onsite diary appointments, preparing invite letters/emails

路 Typing and collating on site or virtual notes to support Managers in a fast and efficient process

路 Adapting letter templates to reflect individual circumstances to support managers in concluding outcomes and sanctions

路 Data input to the HR system to track case work

路 Electronic filing of all documents onto epersonnel files

路 Responsive and efficient to deliver excellent customer service

路 Keep the ER case files active and relevant with attention on closed resolutions

路 Devise and implement tailored solutions to complex issues, in line with the charities policies and procedures to enable line managers make informed and timely decisions on staffing matters.

Profile

A successful Senior ER Adviser should have:

  • MCIPD CIPD qualified level 5
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Employee Relations within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience of working within a multi-site, unionised environment
  • Clean UK driving licence with use of own car (able to travel across North West London and to East London)
  • Willingness to travel within a multi-site organisation

Job Offer

  • A salary range estimated between 拢38,000 and 拢42,000.
  • Up to 33 days holiday (including Jewish holidays)
