We are looking for a Studio Assistant to provide administrative and creative support for a vibrant studio environment, including assisting with business development, marketing, project bids, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Maintain team diaries, holiday charts, and meeting schedules.
  • Arrange travel bookings and coordinate team meetings.
  • Cover reception duties occasionally and ensure a well-organised studio environment.

Marketing and Communications

  • Assist with project bid documentation, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain the website, intranet, and marketing activity schedules.
  • Coordinate award submissions and update project data for business use.
  • Support internal and external event planning, including setup and logistics.

Creative Support

  • Provide graphic design and desktop publishing support using tools like Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Take photos and videos for social media content.
  • Help create a welcoming and inspiring studio environment with project artwork and organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and CMS platforms like WordPress is highly desirable.
  • Strong multitasking, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
